Initial Consultation

Service Description

At your first consultation, your Dietitian will ask you a range of questions related to your medical history, diet and lifestyle. You might also be asked to fill out an assessment form prior to the session. Once your Dietitian has got an understanding of the key issues you would like to be working on, they will establish a tailored plan to support you.
